How about a more classic weekend program?
If you arrive on Friday in the early afternoon, you can still make the most of the day! After check-in and a welcome drink at the bar you can start your hike over the crossway to the Pöstlingberg or take the Pöstlingerbahn. Our tip: Enjoy coffee and Linzer cake with a beautiful view on the panorama terrace of the café Jindrak! Afterwards you can slowly make your way back into the valley by foot or take the tram. Then you can freshen up in your room, before going to a tasty dinner at Fischerhäusl. To really wind down on Friday, we recommend a visit one of the many bars in the old town of Linz.
After a cozy overnight stay in one of our modern rooms enjoy the gourmet breakfast on Saturday morning! How about a tour at voestalpine steel world? Here you can immerse yourself in a whole unique world that revolves around the innovative material: steel. Back in the real world you can relax with coffee and cake at the elegant Cafè Traxelmayr, before going for a stroll through the old town, and of course you can't miss a visit to the Mariendom. Freshen up in your room and get ready for a savory dinner at the restaurant by Preslmayr or Zum kleinen Griechen. Unwind your evening with a few drinks at the hotel bar.
After a long night enjoy a late breakfast on Sunday open until 11am. If you still have time to spare you can stop by the exhibitions at the Stifter Haus or visit the "Museum of the Future", Ars Electronica Center.
